Returns

You have the right to exchange or return all products you have bought from www.soxytime.com for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. When returning items ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number, and the reason for return/exchange. Please note, Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Exchange

State your order number, which socks you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps speed up your inquiry). Then we will contact you with the proper instructions.

If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages. Exchanges may or may not be accommodated, being decided on a case­by­case basis. All approved exchanges may be subject to a $6 restocking fee if necessary. Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

The sender will be responsible for paying for the shipping and postage costs associated with a returned package. To request an exchange, please email us sales@soxytime.com

Replacement

Products that arrive damaged or defective will always be replaced upon receipt of a digital image confirming the damage or defect. Please send this image to us, SoxyTime comes with a 14 ­day limited warranty for defective items, beginning from the date of the package's receipt.

Products that become damaged or defective more than fourteen days after being received may or may not be replaced, decisions will be made on a case­by­case basis. In these cases, please provide us with a digital image confirming the damage or defect and a brief explanation of the issue.

Dispute

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), please contact us at sales@soxytime or via our contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference. Important: Please state your order ID. SoxyTime will make every effort to cooperate and resolve any dispute regarding your purchase. SoxyTime resolves all dispute within a reasonable time period, not to exceed thirty (30) business days.

All dispute are governed by this Sales Policy and the laws of the State of Massachusetts and Virginia applicable United States law, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide for the application of the law or another jurisdiction
