The "place order" button is not working. How come?

We suggest clearing your site cookie(s) before placing an order.

Cookies can be cleaned by, going to Tools ----> clear history ----> clear cookies. Depending on your browser, these steps may be different for each customer.  After this process is completed, please click F5 or restart your browser.

What size socks should I order

To ensure that you choose the size of the correct sock, please check our size guide.


Our socks are unisex and fit both men and women sizes. However, we offer different of sizes for adults, infant, and kids with smaller feet in the near future

Can you give me a shipping quote for a "product" to my state?

Please enter your full billing and shipping addresses in the designated areas during the checkout process. By doing so, a shipping quote will automatically be generated unique to your cart and your socks will be shipped to that location after processing. Contact us if you do not see your country.

Can I return or exchange the product(s) I ordered?

You have the right to exchange or return all products you have bought from www.soxytime.com  within 14 days of receiving them. All items must be unused with labels and original packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. When returning items ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number, and the reason for return/exchange. After reviewing, a six ($6) dollar restocking fee may apply to exchange or returns not meeting our company terms. Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

I need to return/exchange a damaged or wrongly packaged product. How do I go about this process?

Contact Sales@soxytime.com or use our contact form for return and exchange details. For the record,  returns will only be accepted if the original packaging is fully intact.

Can I request expedited shipment? Do you ship internationally?

Certainly! Currently, we offer FedEx and United States Parcel Service (USPS) Ground, which are provided at the Secured Checkout page to customers. Please take into consideration that processing will take roughly 24 – 48 hours and purchases submitted over the weekend will begin processing on Monday. 

Contact us directly for any rush orders.

My order has been placed, but I haven't received a confirmation email yet. What is the status?

Our confirmation email might have been mistaken as spam, check your spam folder.

Order confirmation is sent immediately after processing is completed, but it can be delayed due to a credit card or 3rd party payment approval. All necessary shipping information such as invoice and tracking will be emailed to you once available.

Please contact sales@soxytime.com or via our contact form If your confirmation hasn’t been received after 24 hours. Thank you for your business! 

How do I keep my socks comfy and long lasting?

Our company works hard to provide you with products of the highest quality possible. The durability of our socks will depend on how it is cared and handled by you during its lifetime.

We suggest: Before putting our socks on, please take the time to cut threads off the labels with a pair of scissors rather than ripping them off, as it may damage them. It is also recommended that they are washed at a temperature of 40 °C / 104 °F, inside out and avoid bleaching or ironing. Lastly, we suggest a low tumble dry.
